The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 看完需要缓一缓的电影，一股堵在心口，却无法拆解的情绪，混合着时代，越发显得个体的渺小
打标签的时候想了想，虽然从电影中看到太多，看甜蜜走向悲凉，看一群人走到没有人，看庆贺走调成哀悼，看浪漫走样成无望的守望。一桩桩一件件洋洋洒洒，但它们拼接起来的东西，大概只能也只需要用“人生”这个标签来总结。

手持风格、旁白的叙述、法比安一生的故事，都是我喜欢的。
回望三十年代的德国，沉重、压抑、欲望丛生，失业者越来越多，社会逐渐失序，恰似影片前半段的影像风格，幽暗、凌厉、快速、模糊，镜头碎片像发光的刀片，撕裂并重构时间，抒发一种历史的真实。随着剧情发展，叙事趋于稳定，影像也仿佛找到秩序，故事却没有明朗，亦像那时人们呼唤来的纳粹新秩序，绞杀个人价值，收缴自由，走向极端，有良知的理想主义者溺亡。电影里，是每个人注定无法实现自我的时代。

入耳前曲高和寡，入耳后流连忘返。模糊现实，倒转舞台，破碎撕裂的影像素材与蔓延翻滚的人物关系合奏出一场摇滚交响，如激流金属与无规律民谣的碰撞。时代坍缩为可供自由出入的交错隧道，人物不再委身于此，而是时刻寻找着破壁而出的可能，以抵达那些不以时空为转移的终极命题，关于爱情、理想以及死亡。
