The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 出乎我意料之外，很真实的一部潮汕本地人电影。前面很搞笑，后面感动得想哭。不是因为爱情，而是因为母爱。妈妈这个角色真实得就像身边的每一位普普通通的潮汕妇女，有点凶但一举一动都有着浓浓的爱意。这部电影确实值得一张电影票，也希望潮汕本土电影能发展得越来越好。

烟火气息来源于真实生活，文化冲突，理念冲突，都是闭塞的表现，如何内省与外省相互融合，是进化的过程，虽然网大感十足，但是故事能够看到主创人员走心了
结局还不错，相爱的人还好没有错过。
虽说都是素人演员，但演技都不觉得生硬。笑料和当地文化结合的非常到位。
潮汕的风景民俗拍得太好了，市井烟火简直要溢出屏幕。
从客观的角度看，整体呈现不错。不过有些片段，还是让人感觉有点不舒服吧。

单看剧情很好看，整体来说顺畅舒坦，烟火气十足，就是结尾突然来了大团圆，猝不及防，没有给转折，减一星，没看够
在潮汕元素基础上理想化了一些，潮汕元素也略显生硬，总体还行
PS：虽然有字幕，但是真的没法翻译出潮汕话的精髓啊哈哈哈哈哈
