剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     欣喜出自作品之外。A24探寻电影新风格的做法是回溯到戏剧的本源，先破后立。而我始终相信，传统戏剧与电影的未来是相互提示的，莎士比亚很可能就是那把打开新世界大门的钥匙。

    比预期的差一点，三星半吧。主要是蜘蛛巢城太牛逼了已经想象不到任何别的改编能比那个更好的，科恩did try。stage感很重的黑白景取作表现主义幕布，用在莎翁上不能说不合适，只是有点expectable？表演倒挺不错的，算是在了英式和美式之间取得了一种平衡。

    虽然片名上做了改动，但剧本其实是极为正统的莎翁剧作，所以试图从本片中解读出更多释义是困难的。影像风格可能是与之前几部麦克白电影最大的区别：荒野和室内景大量采用对称式构图；走廊上的门洞光影恰如一排剑阵；奇幻与现实无缝衔接；黑白摄影的另一个优点是弱化了肤色的差异，所以黑麦也显得不那么违和了。
