The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 第一次知道这个剧是网易云推荐了一段女机长的自白的唱段，从一路成长的热血沸腾到她听到911消息的落寞，让听者也跟着一路情绪过山车。后来看了录像的完整版本也觉得小镇居民，各个乘客很可爱。守望互助大抵如此了吧。刚看到come from away开始疫情后的线下售票了，可以规划一下了！
看完后，国内的音乐剧差的不是一点，唉～还怎么进剧场！！
又是一部优秀的音乐剧，节奏轻快，感情真挚。
如果只歌颂牺牲、付出和伟大，不歌颂个体、爱和自由，人的意义又在哪里得到区分。
精彩绝伦的作品。把膝盖献给这群真正的演员。
灾难来临前的鸡毛蒜皮是生活的全部，人们活得恍恍惚惚、显得单纯幼稚。一旦灾难过境，人的善良、乐观和坚韧又常常爆发出惊人的能量。纽芬兰的这个小镇恰是如此。
在听到大家唱歌的时候我没哭。只是看到大家在经历灾难之后，仍然笑着交谈的时候，我就泪流满面。
我们可以看到人类最大的善意闪光的同时也能不逃避自私与阴暗面，但是总是向善的。不回避创伤与痛苦的作品才是真正伟大的！这是一部没有任何理解壁垒的片子!太棒了

音乐有感动人心的力量，甘德人真的都这么善良吗？我想以后去看看。
前边半个小时是零碎着看完的，所以感受不是很强，后面的部分，感觉慢慢好了。我觉得音乐蛮棒的，灯光运用也恰当好处，在有限场地上，人物的安排、运动都挺好。让我感触的不是所宣扬的人性善，而是人生的世事无常。相遇、离开，得到、失去，一切都变了，一切好像又没有变化。“Something's over, somthing's done, something's missing, something's changed, something's rearranged, something’s strained, something's lost, something's not”，所以我特别喜欢最后一切结束后那一段众人的表演。
背景讲的是911事件，航班滞留纽芬兰小镇上的故事。同班演员，既是小镇居民又是航班乘客。不同的角色就有不同的感觉，一秒切换毫无违和，演员太棒了。另外故事的表达也是很立体的，贴近现实。虽然因事件会带来偶然的美好，但事件产生的影响不会轻易消灭。
