The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 一直都讨厌碇真嗣，幼稚逼。今天发现我其实在讨厌自己。心智该成熟了。和谁在一起一点都不重要，大家都活得好一些，向前看就好。
庵野还是少弄点奇观吧，在村里四十多分钟的内容很是乏力，尤其是给丽体验的描写，真顶不上《倒a》半集。影片后面给所有角色的符号式和解方式，像是明日香的摸头、渚薰的握手，可能正像齐泽克谈到作为容器的《欢乐颂》一样，掩饰不住这个动作本身的空洞
