拍到最后，东木终于卸下了悲情的重担，不再执着于构筑宏大的情感体验，没有制造英雄也完全不是童话，冲突依然没有被化解，人生也少不了妥协，他就这么通透克制地拍了一部现代西部片，在我看来，电影在拾起了早期西部片特质的同时又有了进一步的演进，什么心境就是什么电影，毫无保留。【2021十佳No.4】
