The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 很圆滑，很有趣，群像整得相当好，节奏调度相当好。就是我对合家欢大团圆的这类型剧没啥感觉

20年了，这群像剧的切入视角真的不错，彷佛完全没有关系的地方和人们。以及我隐约想起疫情之前好像来过上海巡演？？没去看真是太遗憾了TAT
精彩啊，OST每首都好喜欢，很好的展现了人之本性，既善既私
多人分饰多角的形式除了经济效率外，在阐释故事的团结和谐主题也有一定的符号化作用。适合放在小屏幕上的百老汇，故事视觉化、篇幅也短。
人尽其用，舞台调度到了极致，这个故事我真的爆哭，感动到无以复加
我对里面的叨逼叨没兴趣，我就是看后面 感叹这个 汤普森都63岁的人了，奶子还保养的不错，没有怎么下垂，看起来像30-40岁的。羡慕
先知道的这个事件，然后意外知道了这个音乐剧，没想到这个音乐剧就是讲那个事件的。
演员太棒了

太美式温情了。作为音乐剧，里面的歌曲太少，除了Me and the Sky，没有拿得出手的...
剧情很有耐心很不错，尤其是最后立意放在彼此疗愈上。不过性工作者的合法性还是不能因为本片而被推举上舞台。还是只能处于灰色地带。
在这疫情遍布的鬼社会下，麻木不仁才能不怄气，至少少怄气。
一直get不到这部剧如此之高的口碑，正是因为取材自真实事件，但剧里只是堆叠各式符号和煽情元素未免太投机取巧，缺乏诚意了。（不过cfa的舞美设计真的是很巧妙）
倒数第二场戏之前两星，问题不在于舞台设计有多么简陋，而是每个主要演员都拥有两个及以上的核心角色，导致本就停留太短的情绪根本没有渲染的空间，故事的阴暗面也被简单略过，直到最后才能感受到那种被历史车轮碾过的无力感，也与当下产生了共振。
