The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up.     除了阿梅，很多人还健在，为尊者讳，太难拍！江老板还阿梅一个承诺，也是港式义气的延伸。限于投资、成本，切口很小，女性视角，一个恨嫁的故事，把飒气、江湖气、帅气、大气的巨星缩小了；年轻演员不管像不像，敢演已经是成功了一半，真实影像资料与剧情对照，对演员还是一种残酷的考验。一直在想，王丹妮没有点上阿梅标志性的那颗痣，可能是主创为了告诉观众，这是在演戏，类似cosplay，不能和真人真事一比一对应。
