The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 开头就看到了结局，也不妨碍我磕糖，看得上头。圣诞节就是合家欢浪漫的节日才对。
估计大家都知道有个词叫做“不落俗套”，但是我相信这个编剧肯定不知道。同样是“贺岁档”，而且主题内容基本相同，《圣诞速配》的剧情都比这部有深度。亮点可能是演员帅气、摄像机拍摄效果比较好吧。
大可不必用一部这么闷的电影来讲这么俗的故事。

圣诞月的第一部电影！真的太可爱了，冬天就需要一些这样很甜的电影来治愈，太适合窝在被子里拿着一杯热红酒看了。热爱绿植富有艺术创作力却看不清自己内心的little princess✖️动手能力及佳温柔体贴会做木工一直默默爱着的小狗，最后用积蓄买下一家店用来做绿植店真的too sweet！！ 里面每个人都好可爱，在圣诞节一切都会变得温柔，会有爱人的欲望和勇气。
过节就得看点cliche happy endings
对于永远没法和好姐妹变情侣的我来说，此片严重超纲了！
五星给演员和gay movie on mainstream media。剧情有点老套，不喜欢这个结局。希望我妈也给我找个这样的blind date，那我真的要幸福死了。

Cheesy and cliché in a good way, quite an enjoyable and heartwarming flick. +1 for Netflix’s first gay holiday rom-com!
