The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 故事不够丰满的感觉吧，因为有期待这种西部片至少有两个小时。
西部片已经不只是一种电影类型和讲故事的方式，更是一种情调和审美——Old Henry这种看似长篇的前戏铺垫（也包含了典型的西部要素：警匪、劫案、荒僻、追杀、拓垦...），其实蛮严格地在平缓里穿插了一个个关键情节的小爆点，如同烹小鲜般的节奏控制——最后的大战一展包袱，1v8火器+冷兵器相当利落，就连转折之转折都是既可意料又略意外...反正我是都预料到了，哈哈哈~就爱看这种“事了拂衣去深藏功与名”但又在某些特定情况时机下“一爆灭所有”的戏剧方式。PS，某个豆友讲到西部片已经变成承载美式尚武精神的载体，很对。
老亨利年轻时是比利小子，大概是大盗之类。整体故事简单，但是西部片多是这种打打杀杀的彪枪场面。（2022/4/7 疫情泛滥不知周几的日子）
中规中矩的致敬西部片。每个细节都挺考究，但也都没有突破
当年的牛仔不找掩体么？还有不要相信陌生人。
确实像有的网友说的，我也有些担心这儿子离家之后的境遇。就联想到不久前看的The Green Knight里面，Gawain出城没多久便被人抢了绑在树林里。
只是tmd活在这个奶头乐的当下，

老亨利死了。小亨利杀死了最后的匪徒，离家进城。步老亨利后尘，前途生死未卜，将来也许又是一个老亨利？
西部小人物john wick喂猪的平凡日子
沾了比利小子的传奇光芒，但影片的观赏性并不强，尚且不如《大地惊雷》
不错的西部类型片，男孩的成长与老头的救赎。三分之二段落都挺老派的西部片，最后枪战不仅有近战，还有加时赛头目对射，拍得挺好，就是处理成现代动作戏了，结尾反杀没有必要，干脆死于枪伤更好。有几处深焦摄影构图不错
其实每个人都在努力地活着，用自己的方式。每个人也都有自己离开世界的方式，这个就是由每个人生存的方式决定的。片子倒是拍出了西部片的特有味道，音乐也很好听。
