The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 很簡單又直接的感動，對電影的熱愛。曾經拍過的那部電影就是《東京物語》啊，小津安二郎是小田，原節子是桂圓子，松竹就是松竹。
不是啊，这年轻时有才华有啥用，老了就是个烂人，赌鬼，酒鬼，而且最后算是跟着北川演的女演员死的，淑子也太可怜了吧。说是松竹纪念电影，也没看出什么名堂来，最后尴尬的穿插一些疫情的元素，也起不到共鸣的效果
最后居然看哭了。时代的结束多么落寞。（世界上没有比咩酱更可爱的女孩子了吧）

对一个人心智的摧残竟然会比身体上的折磨更让人痛苦。
不觉得这个电影是个悲剧吗？ 非常流畅，尤其前半部分，看过山田洋次几部作品，都感觉前面比较好，后面有点拉。有同感的吗？山田的台词节奏真是舒服。
一封对电影的情书，通过放映转场回过去很有情调，接回现实也便是回忆。

出于这样的感慨，导演才设置了这样一个“妻子”的角色。影片的闪回和幻觉的流畅转场，对人物心理刻画和情绪渲染起到很大作用。尽管茨威格小说的精神世界并不容易改编，
老山田失手了。本片配不上这个名字。“神”在何处？剧情的“神转折”，抑或是人物的“神”逻辑？

最后结局是几个意思，被耍了的感觉，全篇妻子着墨这么多，结果最后真爱是别人吗？
