The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 剧本杀式的推理悬疑电影，辅以搞笑的段子、无厘头的情节、戏谑的迷影梗、隐射现实（电影行业、掌权者的游戏与弱点）让人看得津津有味。

好舒服的片子，即使生活中再有残破不堪也能相互温柔走过，不得不说改革的大背景也起到了很大作用。
可能还没到五星那么好，可是抵不住我喜欢。各种隐喻挠得恰到好处，看得开开心心，却又有那么一点点惊心动魄的悬疑。我，可能是陈明昊在这个世界上唯一的颜粉……

不过还是一个优秀的“视频”，电影语言几乎没有。
情感真挚，叙事平缓，中间插了一些档案化的胶卷镜头很是好评。在静静流淌的塞纳河畔，希望我们都能找到心灵的皈依。
这一看就是我会喜欢的片子啊！就是太太太长了……轻轻减一星
