The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 比《雪中悍刀行》好看，武打非常棒，网大这样己经可以了。
动作戏有点徐皓峰的味道，剧情有点像林冲的故事。但人物太矛盾了吧，妻子前期想让林大为放下刀，后面又让他拿起刀，而且陆谦害他被流放十年还想杀他霸占他老婆，居然不找他报仇，反而去帮他。
影片打斗场面写实，台词简单明了。值得一看！
难得一见的武侠剑戟片，武器和招式都很考究，打斗硬桥硬马，运镜及画面都很精良，看得出导演很用心。故事情节弱了一点。华语动作片已经式微，导演是在努力做一件吃力不讨好的事情。我觉得即使有很多缺陷还是应该给导演多一些掌声的，希望下一步片会更好。

开篇两场动作戏的设计花了时间和心思，既然如此，也应该多揣摩解决一下文本中根本性的问题。
别的不说，同是网大，比同时期的魔改的新倚天也好了不止一点。有点师傅宇宙的意思
倒也有一些早起武侠片的质感，不过也仅限于此。千人斩这个角色挺不错。
网剧的投资预算，拍成这样，感觉还是不错的！
致敬与取材的影子有《水浒传》《刀》甚至《绣春刀》，看得出创作的走心。武打设计写实又流畅。尤其千人斩一记引刀背刺让人印象深刻。
编外刀客，被拖欠俸禄，妻女受饿；
不知道的以为昆汀新片呢，简直就是山寨版的姜戈，全员话痨，音乐带感，剧情再紧凑点就好了（原声大碟里kid cudi和jay-z合作的那首真不错）。
剧本是真烂！好没态度！
武打设计不错，但是人物立不住，故事太苍白，表演也有点粗糙，千人斩很明显是在模仿隔壁《绣春刀》吧。

复古西部片，配乐取景都还不错的，就是剧本偏简单，节奏有点慢。
十年后，大赦，回镇，土匪头子复仇；
一边是生活所迫，一边是不可看的人心，交友不慎。
黑人西部复仇电影，没啥意思。倒数5秒数到3就开枪，是活下来的真理。
