The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 有点get到鬼灭为什么口碑大爆两极分化了。3D战斗场面当然是亮点；炭治郎作为主角实在是太讨喜了；设定清晰、大部分需要思考的内容都通过内向独白之类的方式讲得清清楚楚。
本集主要讲了两件事，老夫人被刚过世的年轻时的情人送了一个位于南法的度假别墅，有电影公司租用唐顿庄园拍电影，却正赶上从默片到有声片的过渡。

上流社会的贵族生活。不是我喜欢的类型，我觉得挺无聊的。不觉得黑白默片好看，我还是更喜欢彩色有声的电影。城堡，电影明星，豪车，游艇。以婚礼开场，以葬礼结束。

虽然这出梦幻式的帝国主义顶层贵族的夕阳无限好fairytale肥皂剧看到后面还是产生了很多感情的，但是能结婚的都结婚了，该生孩子的也都生了，休博内威利的气色都瘦脱了，就别再继续拍了吧

特别在看了“诡秘之主”后对英国贵族生活有了一点理解
老夫人真的走了的时候我流泪了，但又觉得“make sense”，生命本来就是个轮回。但她的“陈年老瓜”确实是有点意思。
一个作品被多次分割成不同的作品片段来播放，真会赚钱啊orz。
更进一步，仆人成了维多利亚时代的老爷太太们。戏装里的求婚，语音直播。
tips这电影对非唐顿迷不友好，会看不懂
依旧是看房子，看衣服，在宅子里拍电影，默片转有声电影这些戏份其实也没什么新鲜的，甚至有很多借鉴感，但毕竟看的大部分就是一个情怀和感觉。Thomas的情节反而比上一个电影还要少，但好歹给了个圆满的结局也不错，不过感觉基本上给所有人都圆了个结局，接下来应该不会再拍了。
可以叫《唐家屯拥有钢铁般意志的女人们和她们只会哭哭啼啼的男人们》。女性角色个个出彩，男性角色没有存在感
在唐顿看到戏中戏非常意思，还是默片→有声的时代，这种设定不用想都很容易走出有趣的剧情。
