The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 220508，在这个疫情严峻的当下，在隔离的房间里，这部电影给了我太多的喜悦、感动与希冀。第一次看这样的百老汇音乐剧录像，真的是绝好的现代艺术啊，一方小小的舞台，简单的布景与道具，却生动地表现了这样一个饱满的故事，厉害厉害。

形式太有意思了，音乐剧真的拥有无限张力，安慰生活在2020年以后的我，那首Prayer太震撼了，Me and the sky机长好帅气。
爱与共情，可赞的人类。像这样优秀的音乐剧可以多来点。
Where there’s sadness,ever joy
前边半个小时是零碎着看完的，所以感受不是很强，后面的部分，感觉慢慢好了。我觉得音乐蛮棒的，灯光运用也恰当好处，在有限场地上，人物的安排、运动都挺好。让我感触的不是所宣扬的人性善，而是人生的世事无常。相遇、离开，得到、失去，一切都变了，一切好像又没有变化。“Something's over, somthing's done, something's missing, something's changed, something's rearranged, something’s strained, something's lost, something's not”，所以我特别喜欢最后一切结束后那一段众人的表演。
这个真的好棒！短小精悍的一部戏里居然处理了这么多问题，而且讲得都足够有深度，情感上也到位……灾难确实是最适合展现人性光辉的场景，哪怕是浓鸡汤也不觉得俗气，还有这个舞台调度是真的绝啊，感叹了无数次，几把椅子、灯光变幻和最简单的换装，几秒钟就瞬间切换了场景和场景里的角色，非常流畅完全不出戏，实在太巧了，希望国内音乐剧编排能来学学
在如今全球lockdown的时期，“No man is an island"的颂歌显得尤为可贵。这也是我看过了布景、角色、场景转换最有创意的一部音乐剧了，虽然一人分饰好几角，但是个个都人设分明，没有一丝混乱。里面的不同种族、宗教信仰、性别和国籍的陌生人的碰撞和交往都是理想社会中才能达到的和谐。看到最后音乐剧中原型的人和演员一一合影的时候，一边哭一边觉得：哇，原来世界可以这么美好啊。
最精彩的无疑是女机长的自白之歌。还是挺感动的，但作为一部音乐剧，说话太多歌曲太少，然后每个演员都担任好几个角色稍微有些混乱。还可以吧，但没什么惊艳之处。
