The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 以为是个浪漫的开始，结果记忆都是有欺骗性的。在爱情里，我们总是去相信我们想相信的，你说偏执也好，我不管也不听，“喜欢的人就是什么都好。”那些夜晚，我们喝完小酒，吃完宵夜，摇摇晃晃的走在空无一人的街道上，是真实的幸福。
越是一团糟的日子，越是想紧紧抓住心里面那些美好的东西，越是拽得生疼。
不是很能融入进去的感觉，部分台词和表达情绪的方式不是很理解，男二伤心的样子还是很帅的，最后结尾有些烂。
谈恋爱蒙太奇部分bgm是蘑菇帝国诶🥺（Tokyo— — — — —!!!
不是单纯的搞笑，是爱情片。儿子在雨中的爆哭，很感人。柳承龙饰演的男主，前妻和现任太像了，傻傻分不清。整体还可以。

其实应该算是家庭题材吧，不用特别强调一些tag，男主一直都在尝试和自己和解，和女儿和解，追求自己想要的生活，追求所爱。

20220726 Film at Lincoln Center, NYC NYAFF22 比想象中要感性，买票的时候没想到这是一个同性故事，导演和男主在现场Q&A的时候也提到了王家卫（事实上有一个scene就是致敬春光乍泄，巧的是NYAFF上周也放了春光乍泄）剧本很有意思，关系很复杂，好几个爱而不得而被伤害的故事。喜剧部分也是好笑的。
