During the US Civil War, Union POWs escape in a balloon and end up stranded on a South Pacific island, inhabited by giant plants and animals. In 1865, during the siege of Richmond, Virginia, the union soldiers POW Captain Harding, Neb and Herbert escape in a balloon during a storm with two confederate prisoners, Sergeant Pencroft and the journalist Spilett. The uncontrollable wind takes the balloon to a mysterious island in the South Pacific in the area of New Zealand. Captain Harding self-proclaims the leader of the group and they look for food; sooner they discover that they are stranded in an island. Further, they are attacked by a giant crab that becomes their first meal. Along the days, they build a shelter and finds that the island is inhabited by giant animals. A couple of days later, they find two castaways on the beach, the aristocratic Lady Mary Fairchild and her sexy niece Elena. Later they find a trunk with weapons and instruments like sextant and shelter with a journal of a man left alone in the island by pirates. When the pirate vessel arrives in the island, they are helped by Captain Nemo of the Nautilus, a submarine that had supposedly sunk in the coast of Mexico eight years ago. 反正就是哭了很久。其实对梅艳芳也不是很熟，通过这个电影才比较了解了。不过那些歌，电影，还是有很深的烙印。张国荣的选角，我想应该是出于让位的考虑，因为leslie太耀眼太吸引眼球了，所以找了个不太行的，但真的让人跳戏😂
非常刻意的情绪和关系表达，无法打动人心，只觉得这两人怎么这么别扭

看这片子的感觉就像走在高速公路 特别赶特别赶。主演选的也都毫无灵气 泪点全是那个年代和梅艳芳本人带给我们的…
经历过上天的馈赠，也感受过命运的波折。登上过万人瞩目的红馆舞台，也躲进过黑暗逼仄的日本衣柜。换上了百变的造型，唯独没有真正穿过婚纱。角落里的情侣你侬我侬，却是她无法享有的人生。高歌时不唱兴奋唱反叛，低落处不唱伤心唱唏嘘。夕阳很美，却很短暂。把美定格在短暂的黄昏，却意外获得了永远。
曾发誓这辈子再也不会主动看第二遍她的告别演唱会（以及她和哥哥的葬礼现场），果不其然，到结尾整个人已经哭抽，那声有力的“拜拜”捶得我心一阵钝痛。传记片拍得草草，太多无法出现的人和事，恰恰最能凸显她的性情，但我顶着这个昵称实在没办法打分。多经典的歌后，一霎眼已走；多风光的海岛，一秒变废土。我好挂住你，Anita。
不出意料的，电影以近乎白描的形式小心翼翼地展示了梅艳芳40年人生的几个片段，是人生高光与重要的片段，亦是此时此刻尚可以和被允许展示的片段。作为一部传记电影，它的出现显然太早，不完美几乎是命定。但之于如今颓唐的香港，这些人和事着实需要在此时被提及、被怀念、被感动。他们曾经与大家挨过难关，现在的我们，也一定能。
非常受用。温暖，细腻。
戲是真的不行，新人演得不能算不用心，但完全表現不出梅姐最重要的那份豪邁與俠氣；梅姐本人的畫面卻讓人看了不禁心酸，一方面令人感慨那個還有傳奇的年代，一方面竟也有點慶幸她沒有置身於當下的悲情城市之中。
一代传奇，被拍得这么凄婉平庸琐碎，粉丝滤镜太重，非常可惜，女演员没有演出传奇女星的那份大姐大气场，以及豁达。为什么这么伤感，片尾的老照片回顾，可以看出梅艳芳的亲和魅力，而不是片中那个从头伤感到尾的人
