The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 谁给标记的“惊悚”？？明明很温情，一部成长片子。
完全不行，像支离破碎的幻灯片，又像幼稚的国产电影。
平淡无奇 小男主既无成长也无用处（鸡都比他有用）跟骡子和老爷车比不了 没了东木大爷的情怀分就是流水账的烂片（话说开篇加这种妹子过边境混时长的片段就大感不妙 到后面也充斥着和剧情人物塑造都无关的混子片段）
老爷子那皮鞋真的帅 愿我老了也像老爷子一样飒
雄鸡是硬汉，东木老爷子也是，从《黄金三镖客》到《廊桥遗梦》，从《不可饶恕》到《老爷车》，再到这一部，老爷子霸气，好电影便是如此，讲好一个故事，演好一个角色，老爷子做到了。
至2014年泽西男孩之后 ，媒体普遍认为老爷子会彻底隐退 ，告别影坛 。紧接着又拍了萨利机长和骡子高评分作品 。虽然紧随而来又拍了几部稍显平淡作品 ，但对老爷子的敬意与日俱增 ，对生命只有一次做了最佳的诠释 ！
够潦草，也够敷衍，估计东木的精力也的确无法保证影片的高质量了，自然规律无法避免。

为报旧主恩而寻子，其崇高的、英雄式的意义却不断被稀释、消解，难掩英雄迟暮之意。虽然得出人生无意义的感慨，但同时对生活本身保持着热忱，比如美好的风光、跨上马背的感觉、孩童和女人。

90岁还能谈恋爱，太强了。
故事很简单，情节没有什么大的起伏，老头的迟暮和孩子的朝气刻画得都不错，虽然不够深入，但挺自然。对于这样节奏舒缓的片子，风光本应拍得更好些

美墨边境的风光美如画，歌也好听！东木这把岁数还能浪漫至此，也是不容易的
cowboy挽歌，骡子这次在完美的世界中运的是男孩，也是自己的往昔。老爷子对过去是无限怀念，i don’t know how to cure old,这也是他对自己的发问吧。感动，只要你还在拍片，我们就能于银幕相遇。
