The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances. 片子里的各种经典片段听着很爽，但是剧情就有点水了。事实证明乐队还是需要个贝斯手，结局算是编剧认清了重金属在当前音乐潮流中尴尬地位~

本片和Metal没有太多关系。青春，玩乐队的青春是重点。咱身边还有多少玩乐队的青年啊。哟，中国有嘻哈。有吗？有嘛。
说到gay时镜头往墙上rob等一群基佬海报扫过的画面要笑岔气了….泳池时kirk，rob，scott几个大佬一本正经讨论爱情忠贞观时这帮逼样是真glam附体…
男主真的是个完美的朋友，无论对男还是对女。

再想一想，活结二代都出道了，摇滚乐什么时候能再登主流舞台！
自由是什么？自由的代价又是什么？
其实是一个正能量的片子，最后的音乐高潮除了酣畅，有过生活经历的人反而能听出悲伤，这就是重金属，这才是重金属。
摇滚青春荷尔蒙……无疑此片表达部分对重金属音乐的致敬。其实很是感慨，作为在美国发扬光大的摇滚乐，加上电影业领先全球，却很少有与摇滚乐的电影，优秀的就更加稀缺，此片偏重于重金属。

可爱又中二，看得好开心，有什么理由不喜欢war pig。。。
对于死亡金属这个概念的运用其实没有那么透彻，披着音乐外衣的青春片吧。
