节奏非常的慢，雪山救人穿插孩子死亡的过往。我也想身边有这样不断要求我继续走下去，别放弃的朋友存在。被救的那个男的有点奇怪。

算是纪录片，讲一个护士爬雪山如何救助一个男子的故事，对户外人士有一定的参考价值。
在北美爬过山 能体会到那种在大自然之前的渺小 故事虽简单 但是能感受到自然的力量 人类的顽强和善良。看到这个电影莫名想起了甘肃白银越野跑因为天气而失温去世的竞赛选手 真是人祸 可悲
