The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 吴君如让人一秒入戏，可惜这部电影的境遇恰如其分的诠释了残奥会的冷遇
整体拍的还算比较热血吧，但也就是因为太热血少了一些比较真实的过程。运动员不容易，残障运动员更不容易。

很感人。不知道后来的苏桦伟怎么样了，在做些什么。同工同酬，现在还是没实现吧。
三位演员找的好像，但是都跟苏桦伟本人不太像（觉得张家辉那种长相比较像哈）。少年演员的段落演的最好。片名起反了，要不就是内容拍反了，反正成片是神奇小子的妈妈。

我不喜欢一直渲染感动气氛的电影，但香港确实有不少踏踏实实的好演员。
剧情和励志肯定是棒棒哒。难道就没有人发现，海报上吴君如特别像 任素汐么？
电影并不是没有缺点，但是伴随着感人的BGM和真实的故事，我已经忘记了这些缺点，沉浸在故事的真情中去了。

难能可贵体现残奥运动员艰苦卓绝但又熠熠生辉的运动生涯，同时借由神奇小子看到背后的神奇妈妈，不从宏大叙事层面出发，也没有洒狗血滥煽情，仅仅是关注运动员个人成长和现实生活，一切描摹的真实又冷静，质朴又温暖。
演员选的真好，吴君如的妈妈数次让我泪崩，当了妈妈太能理解了，孩子生病是妈妈的责任……有种阿甘的感觉，只是多么不容易啊
记忆点：男主角练起跑，后来崩溃了。他表示：就是因为他起跑不好，所以他后半段才会这么好。破防了。
还不到十四岁的他第一次在跑道上奔跑，那种酣畅淋漓直击灵魂，运动就是令人感动不已美的动人心魄
