The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 这种强行装深刻强行反转真的是要命，一群尬出天际的演员自说自话。
如果戏谑沉重，那讽刺就会变得轻浮浅薄。
不过还是一个优秀的“视频”，电影语言几乎没有。
李家辉等人既借助电影揭露了黑幕，同时也没有破坏齐乐山的计划。
剧本杀式的推理悬疑电影，辅以搞笑的段子、无厘头的情节、戏谑的迷影梗、隐射现实（电影行业、掌权者的游戏与弱点）让人看得津津有味。
前面二十多分钟想弃，后面渐入佳境，甚至还有点感动
三个段落的80s单亲家庭日常。看得出导演确实喜欢侯麦，但这部电影里日常的调性还是和侯麦不同，至少我不能想象甘斯布担纲侯麦的女主角。短评说得好，“肉身同在的幸福”。
颇多惊喜的新片。电台夜旅人、灯火星星点点夜色温柔、穿插的家庭录像带似的复古影像、圆月映花都的引用……80s家庭温情的怀旧情绪在一次次夜与昼的转换中发酵。

与去年的《杨之后》一样有着极为复古的风格，前者具有实验性，此部剧情更为平实。夜行孤影，聚散有时。
有那么点致敬侯麦的味道，氛围营造非常成功...
