The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 这个家庭的四个成员每个人都哭过。其实两个孩子的哭只是人生的小插曲，而两个大人的哭才是人生的主题歌。
好细腻。小时候的自己会钻进一个角度，只觉得大人不可理喻，不求理解，世界可以小到只剩自己。长成了大人再去看，只觉得孩子叛逆，不通情理。所以困境无关乎年龄，大家都是活在感受里。
跟瀑布有点撞主题，但是更细腻真实，母女表演也很棒，Sars那个时间点现在都成了怀旧。
即使当初不回来也不会比现在开心太多，得不到的永远最好，回不去的才是故乡。片中听到周杰伦，片尾听到陈绮贞，在2022看2003，是情景再现，也是正在经历。
有些像是日系韩系的亲情剧。家庭内亲情和矛盾，都表现得还不错。 4星推荐

拍攝手法很清新。但我好喜歡這個劇本。好喜歡。
整体拍的中规中矩，真正的亮点在表演，林嘉欣真是不错，大女儿也演的很好。
是有一种我懂，但是我也不知道如何处理的状态。这可能就是生活上的无解在电影里依旧无解。另外，我想说他们新店的家和隔壁《瀑布》母女搬的家好像。
在大中華圈的家庭裏，每一個個體都像小孩子一樣地情緒輸出：不能說不intimid，但是也談不上幸福吧。

最近两个讲华裔移民问题的电影，一个设定在2002年，这部设定在2003年的非典。有趣。
电影结束有种意犹未尽啧 林嘉欣可真好看 电影开始有几个侧脸镜头可真漂亮啊

知道它欠缺在哪里可是……丝丝入扣，针针入肉。林嘉欣太好了。
很好理解的小故事，说不出哪里好，但看完的确会被感动。
