The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 其实多兰演得不错，没有拿凯撒奖最佳男配很可惜。女配演男主老婆的有点弱。

等到揭露大前提，就必须要面对这个创作本身的问题。不过整体上对老式西部故事的气质把控还是挺不错的。

好的故事，今时今日依然如是，可见其经典，人类进步真缓慢。男女主的表演差了些，其它完成中规中矩。
又一个类似于连的小镇青年来到巴黎闯荡，找情妇，找工作，忙到最后又如何。。从前不可能的，如今一一成为可能：银行家从政了，平民也可以发达了。。。天真+虚荣，害人又害己……
都不是好东西，唯一让人有点怜惜的是甜美的小可爱。
本片获得去年法国电影的最佳电影奖，可见也得到了作家祖国人们的认可。

男主作为老江湖这一设定，很多行为并不像老江湖该有的作为。
名著已经忘了，但巴尔扎克，批判现实主义的代表作家，好像是这么背的，哈哈。呈现在大屏幕上真的很绚丽，巴黎，爱一个人就把他送到巴黎去，恨一个人也把他送到巴黎去。不会引进的，真的引进就会删掉很多，没法看。

不要无谓的追求人生中的幻光啊。
没想到19世纪的出版业就这么腥风血雨了——谁给的钱多就为谁说话。还看出了贵族和自由派在时代背景下的针锋相对。为了一个虚幻的title而迷失自我的男主，更是令人唏嘘不已。没看过原著但是感觉群像描述得不错，每个角色的性格都很鲜明，感觉巴尔扎克的作品放到现代背景下也不过时。
