The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 废土、机器人，我蛮喜欢这种题材的，可是一到煽情的部分我就有点儿厌烦了，而且机器人真的有人类情感这种东西吗？即便是进化得快，也只能是模拟而已，搞得像真的一样，我不相信。有点失望老实说。
1、末日之下的温情，有人有狗有机器，简单的故事也有真挚的情感表达；2、人性的复杂或人性之恶是隐藏在故事潜层的游魂，所以头脑简单的机器人和无意识的小狗更显得弥足珍贵，但故事的最后又指向了人的和谐，残存的人性之光是它们未来的追寻。
养狗人看了就是会很感动哇…虽然机器人的设定多少有些想当然了。

除了短暂的回忆场景中的人物，以及未见其人的第二辆车，以及狗和蝴蝶，全片其实只有一个传统意义上的演员。
挺喜欢这个简单又温情的故事，有些末世元素，但主要还是讲人与机器人传递的情感。苹果自制，挺好。

这片子最适合冬日雪天抱杯咖啡瘫在沙发上漫不经心地观看。汤姆汉克斯与一个机器人一只狗开始末日之旅有种当年《荒岛余生》感觉。可惜Tom叔疲态许多但依然用演技征服我更征服冰冷机器人心

真的太喜欢这部片子了。喜欢到一时间简单的几句都难以概括它每一分每一秒带给我的那种仿佛经历了一生一般的触动。PS 一只啥也干不了的笨狗狗只要学会在情感上控制人类完成寄生，就能在末日活下去。

老年人版的《少女终末旅行》。狗萌，汤姆汉克斯演技依然爆表，机器人有点意思，其他部分非常平庸。
