The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. 成人主角全员漫威，加上小贱贱碎嘴子的延续，真的是有点视觉疲劳了。好在结尾还是打动人心的，流泪了。不过，看来好莱坞也是堕落了，幽默=碎嘴子的表现方式是不是也太套路了。

和蜘蛛侠3构成互文，三代同聚和父子重逢，都是相当感人的场面。当然除了打情怀牌以外，两者剧本都一样毫不意外的无聊至极，电影还是维持着肖恩一贯的水准，和《失控玩家》一样只玩特效。
像是大课作业，没有特别的拉垮，也没有任何可取之处。用时间穿越还让两个不同时间的本体超紧密接触，明显就不想认真做科幻，“健康完整DNA”才能启动飞船的设定就更扯，剧情太随便。救老婆是男主前半段的动机，老婆这个角色却单薄，只是工具人，所有角色都单薄；后半救老爸，到处都是MCU成员。Ryan的表演模式太固定了，笑料没融合进故事，过于明显。2.5
