The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. 还行吧，特效确实不错，但特摄方面就有点拉胯，文戏一般般，但也还算是个佳作剧场版了，就是跟01剧场版和深罪三重奏比还差点火候

看多了拉拉扯扯不干不脆的爱情，这个还挺清新的。
导演水平其实挺一般的，作为学院派，稍微匠气了些，人物塑造上真实感不够，盘算和心机没有体现，每一个都好像是机器人一样的顺理成章。但是摄影美术和配乐属于上乘，剧本也很好玩，略微地检讨了一下“选举制度”背后的肮脏，当然，真实的选举更加卑鄙无耻。对于喜欢电影的，这部电影非常值得看。爆米花观众可以不看，娱乐性不够。
主题曲promise太好听了，一句I wanna be your hero真的让人很感动
