The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 触目惊心的想象力实在令人叹服，跨度30年的绝大成本所形成的独特性也确实不能以一般的文本去要求本片了，某种程度上讲真是一部究极的电影，或许可以说它的存在就是来终结定格动画的？

反战、反乌托邦、反托拉斯、渎神……等等？元素过多，没看懂。
说实话比较难欣赏。突破传统的视觉审美和黑色创世神话的结合还是很有新意的，但是感官确实也有些过于恶趣味了…
各种超越现知的猎奇画面真的让人瞠目结舌，确实很震撼。

用定格动画的形式制作的长篇恐怖片，工作量巨大，因此非常罕见。巴别塔，黑石碑，电击，吞粪，畸形人，剥皮表演，活体解剖，婴儿献祭，宇宙大爆炸，典型的欧美人爱的猎奇血浆片，脓和屎尿很足。观看过程是彻头彻尾的噩梦。
