The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? 整体情绪仍旧是平静温和
非典型类型片，菲尼克斯像是一个爱告状的大男孩，总是告小男孩的状，哈哈哈
纪录片和剧情片的融合，产生了一点化学反应。
Cineplex. Fifth Avenue. 这可能是今年冬天看的最安静的一场电影，感觉很适合在冬天工作日的下午钻进电影院，瞬间跟Kits趁天气好出来购物的过节气氛拉开距离。跟小孩子对话可太有意思了，为什么年纪小就得引导着或者让着呢，他们观察世界的敏锐不比我们少，甚至还能注意到许多成年后注意不到的东西。更重要的是，这俩叔侄的相处模式，一度以为是拍了个纪录片，Johnny叔叔真是演啥像啥好演员。

such a beautiful movie in its own right. magically, first time feel right to have a movie in black and white. often thought childhood is the most carefree period and forgot it's also almost the most sensitive time, compelled to take in the turbulences from surrounding environments, and struggled to cope as much as adults, so not really an easy time in retrospect. this movie covers this topic with such tenderness and well crafted structure, nicely done
