剧情介绍

The Freebie centers on Darren (Shepard) and Annie (Aselton), a young married couple with an enviable relationship built on love trust and communication. Darren and Annie still enjoy each other’s company and laugh at each other’s jokes, but, unfortunately, they can’t remember the last time they had sex. When a dinner party conversation leads to an honest discussion about the state of their love life, and when a sexy bikini photo shoot leads to crossword puzzles instead of sex, they begin to flirt with a way to spice things up. The deal: one night of freedom, no strings attached, no questions asked. Could a freebie be the cure for their ailing sex life? And will they go through with it? With a keen eye and fresh take, Aselton’s directorial debut shines with crisp storytelling and fine-tuned performances.     8.2分！相当棒的音乐歌舞传记片，导演功底很棒，很难相信这是导演处女作，用画面来讲述整个故事，娓娓道来，叙事节奏相当出色，画面相当有电影感，连续且壮阔，还有多个画面的连续剪辑，同时辅以动人心弦的音乐演唱，开场的音乐剧和过去的故事两条线并行前进，相当有吸引力！

    林聚聚讲故事的方法还是比较简单，冲突的呈现与化解都是很cliche的好莱坞式手法。追逐梦想的故事不胜其数，而Jonathan收获了赞誉却无人为之买单，这令人惊讶的部分似乎平静、习以为常的态度进行了处理，甚至将其余后五年的不如意直接以字幕形式放出。是否拍摄第一部音乐剧的写作会是某种程度的偏题呢？

    7/10。直接用传主本人的作品为题材拍摄传记片，情怀和致敬的成分点满。原声音乐不搭景和抓耳对于音乐片而言是很大的问题，但Jonathan Larson的故事以及加菲锦上添花的表演依然足够打动人心。（P.S.演示会上的reserved seat一段太容易跳戏到La La Land，原来过期糖还是挺好嗑）
